Consumer dispute resolution

The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer referenced here. Pursuant to § 36 VSBG (German Act on Consumer Dispute Resolution), we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
